雷格米教授简介

Prof. Dr. Balmukunda Regmi obtained his Bachelors degree, Masters and his Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutics from China Pharmaceutical University in 1991,1994 and 2006. He has served as administrative position as well as a research scientist at Tribhuvan University Institute of Medicine Department of Pharmacy, from 2012. He is dedicated to the pharmacy education in Nepal. He has emphasized in the development of medicines from Nepalese medicinal plants, thus creating value of the vast domestic plant resources. Prof. Regmi served as the editor Drug and Tharapeutics Letter, Journal of Nepal Pharmaceutical Association. He is a member of the Tribhuvan University Academic Council, Chairman of Anatomy, Physiology, Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacy Subject Committee. He has served as a member of Nepal Pharmacy Council, a member of Drug Consultative Council to the Nepal Government.

In the social front, Dr. Regmi is proponent of sustainable economic development, equal opportunity for all, equitable distribution of the wealth, and equal footing for state-owned, community and private sector enterprises. He has lobbied for balanced foreign policy reflective of national interests. He is Chairman of Nepal China Social Relation Academy, Kathmandu. He has been appointed as a researcher at the Charhar Institute, China. He is also a Co-Chairman of Nepal National Professor’s Organization. 

   雷格米，男，（1965.01—）尼泊尔特里布文大学药学系教授。曾担任尼泊尔特里布文大学学术委员会成员，两届解剖学、生理学、临床药理学和药学学科委员会主席，特里布文大学两届医学研究所药学系主任。

尼泊尔-中国社会关系学会主席（尼中社会学院院长）。

任亚洲抗糖尿病植物研究网络成员。

2000年至2003年任尼泊尔药品信息网工作委员会成员。

2002年到2003年，担任《药物和治疗学通讯》编辑。

2002年到2004年，担任尼泊尔制药协会杂志编辑。

2006年获得中国药科大学的博士学位。

2013年担任第七届国际糖尿病预防与管理研讨会秘书。

在尼泊尔的英文和中文的国家级报媒发表了许多当代问题研究的文章。

2019年被聘为四川师范大学客座教授，尼泊尔查哈尔研究所兼职研究员，尼泊尔国家教授协会副协调员（副主席）。

研究方向主要集中在公共卫生、社会学等。

2020年担任特里布文大学孔子学院尼泊尔方主任。
